Ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

  • Neon Boneyard tours are guided tours; visitors must remain with their guide and group. 
  • Backpacks, camera bags, large bags, additional camera lenses, monopods, tripods and selfie sticks are not allowed on tours.  You may check your bag in the lobby.
  • Photography is strictly for personal use only.  Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever and may not be used to promote any product, service individual or business. 
  • We allow guests to bring one camera and one attached lens.  No additional photography equipment is permitted (ie: selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, reflectors, etc.) Photo shoots on a guided tour, or during general admission, are strictly prohibited.   • Each guest on tour must have a ticket including young children under six.  Please purchase tickets for children aged six years old a younger a free ticket to account for them during the tour.

  • Please note, guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their place on the tour.


As the Museum is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather such as high winds over 25 mph or lightning. Please note that we seldom cancel for rain. If a tour is cancelled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund. We will make every effort to accommodate your visit. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience.
