  • Neon Boneyard tours are guided tours; visitors must remain with their guide and group.
  • Backpacks, cameras, camera bags, large bags, additional camera lenses, monopods and tripods are not allowed on tours.  You may check your bag in the lobby.
  • Photography is strictly for personal use only.  Photographs cannot be published, sold, reproduced, transferred, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever and may not be used to promote any product or service.
  • We allow guests to take photos with their phone/tablet.  No additional photography equipment is permitted (ie: tripods, monopods, reflectors, etc.) Photo shoots on a guided tour are strictly prohibited.
  • Each guest on tour must have a ticket including young children under six.  Please reserve free tickets for children aged six and younger so we can accommodate your entire group.
  • NARM member?   Please email a copy of your NARM endorsed membership card, along with your ticket request and phone number to or call the Museum with your request (702) 387-6366.
  • Please note, guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may forfeit their place on the tour.

As the Museum is an outdoor collection, all scheduled tours are subject to cancellation due to inclement weather such as high winds over 25 mph or lightning. Please note that we seldom cancel for rain. If a tour is cancelled, we will attempt to place you on the next available tour wherever possible or provide a full refund. We will make every effort to accommodate your visit. We regret any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your patience.

The Neon Museum is a 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to reclaiming, restoring and remembering one of  Las Vegas’ greatest treasures- its neon signs.
